This privacy policy explains how Foxelpie India Pvt Ltd ("Foxelpie", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 of India and other applicable laws.

Service providers: infrastructure, hosting, and analytics providers under written data-protection agreements. Regulators: when required by law or to protect against fraud or security incidents.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, access controls, audit logging, and CERT-In aligned incident response procedures. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required under the DPDP Act.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal obligations. Inactive enquiry records are deleted after 24 months; transactional records (contracts, invoices) are retained for 7 years per Indian tax law.

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation) to understand site usage. You can disable cookies via your browser settings. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
